Delete Your Solar AI Account
You can request deletion of your Solar AI account at any time, including after uninstalling the app.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] from the email address registered to your Solar AI account. Use the subject “Delete my Solar AI account” and state that you want the account and associated personal data deleted.
We may send a short verification message to protect your account from an unauthorised deletion request.
What we delete
After verification, we delete or anonymise your account profile, saved setups, favourites, chat history, device tokens and other personal data that is not required to be retained.
Information we may retain
We may retain limited order, payment, warranty, fraud-prevention or accounting records where required by law or needed to resolve an active transaction. Retained records are restricted to those purposes and removed when the applicable retention period ends.
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm when the request has been completed.
