Buying & payment

How do I pay for an order?+

Checkout is handled securely through Paystack — you can pay by card or bank transfer. Your payment is verified on our server before the order is confirmed, and we email you a confirmation once it's complete.

Can I buy without creating an account?+

Yes. You can browse and build a cart freely, then verify your email with a one-time code at checkout — no password to remember. That same email signs you in later to see your orders.

Do prices include everything?+

Product prices are shown per item. Delivery (if you choose it) and optional installation are quoted separately — installation sometimes needs a quick site inspection before a final price.

Delivery & pickup

Do you deliver, or do I pick up?+

Both. At checkout you choose pickup or delivery. Pickup is free; delivery is charged based on your location and is arranged after your order is confirmed.

How long does delivery take?+

In-stock items dispatch quickly. Made-to-order items are built for you and typically take about 14 days — we'll keep you updated and the timeline is shown on the product before you buy.

Installation

Can Joshville install what I buy?+

Yes. After (or during) purchase you can request installation from your account under Service & Installation, and our team arranges a verified technician near you. We work across all 36 states.

How is installation priced?+

Installation is quoted flexibly and may include materials such as cabling and a changeover switch. Some jobs need a short site inspection before we can give a final price — we'll confirm everything before any work starts.

Warranty & after-sales

What warranty do products carry?+

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. If something develops a fault, contact us with your order number and a description (photos help) and we'll help assess it and process the claim for repair or replacement.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?+

Contact us within the returns window with your order number and we'll make it right. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Reach us at [email protected].
