Make one system folder
Save the quote, invoices, handover notes, equipment manuals and warranty information together. Keep the installer’s service contact with the documents. Ask for a clear record of the circuits the system serves so you know which appliances were included in the plan.
Record the first few days
Write down the loads you ran and any alerts you saw during normal use. If you need support, share the date, alert message and the conditions around it with the installer. Keep the user handover notes close by and leave internal wiring or enclosure checks to a qualified technician.
